Families and sons leave Capstone with a two year Finish Strong Game Plan. This game plan is a step-by-step individualized approach to completing the goals of treatment. The family's therapist will schedule weekly phone therapy sessions for three months following graduation to begin the aftercare process. Beyond these three months, we would like to maintain contact with each family and son for the two years of the game plan, which includes when possible seeing families face to face at the reunions.

The individual family’s Capstone therapist will provide one therapy session per week for three months post graduation.  During this time we recommend that the family begins with another therapist to maintain the continuance of the plan. Capstone's Finish Strong Game Plan will not conflict with any work by the aftercare counselor.
