Amanda Lemmons

Operations Coordinator

Amanda joined our team at Capstone in a full time roll in 2005.  Previously, she was hired to help keep Capstone looking good by cleaning, helping with laundry, and making sure we had the things we needed.  In that role, we saw what type of person she was and now we are very thankful to have her on full time.  Amanda takes pride in working hard and in doing a good job no matter what she is doing and whether or not she receives thanks for what she has accomplished. She is a “get it done” kind of a person.  When she says that she will do something, she will.  That makes her perfect for her role as Operations Coordinator.  Amanda is probably the voice you first hear when you call Capstone.  She is professional, kind, and understanding of Capstone’s mission.

Amanda graduated from Harding University in December of 2004 with a degree in Youth Ministry.  Her heart is committed to serving God specifically in working with families and teens.  Amanda has a heart for serving others and has been on several mission trips to other countries. Amanda, who is originally from Aurora, CO, has a love for learning, is a loyal friend, and she loves to laugh and have fun.  She loves music, takes piano lessons, working out, and reading books like Francine Rivers and “Blue like Jazz”.  She is a blessing to all of us at Capstone as well!  We are excited to have her on our team!

Amanda’s favorite Scripture is Psalm 63: 1-5, “O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water.”
