Personal Statement about Working at Capstone:
Over the last decade I have had the opportunity to work with children and teenagers in my church and in a work setting. In 2009 I felt that I needed more training to continue this work and I went to Harding University to complete the Marriage and Family Therapy program. As I was going through the MFT program at Harding I had the opportunity to intern here at Capstone and I was moved by the work the therapist and support staff did in the lives of the young men here. I have felt a calling for some time to work in this type of environment. My heart has always been drawn towards young men, and I have a passion for the outdoors. I was fortunate to get the opportunity to work here and began in June 2011.  It has been a blessing working in an environment with so much support. I truly enjoy working with and serving the young men and their families. I have learned so much in the short time I have worked at Capstone. I feel that this is the place God has called me to be for this season of my life.
