Personal Statement about Working at Capstone:
Working at Capstone brings Christianity to life.  This is my mission field.  Change happens here and I get to be part of it.  One of the things that initially drew me to Capstone was that I knew the high quality and caliber of people who work here.  However, after working here several years, I have come to realize the family that these colleagues have become to me.  Beyond that, I love the relationships that Capstone affords me to build with the parents and sons that come through.  This has been one of my greatest joys.
