Capstone Treatment Center is looking for talented therapists to join our team for a four-year paid Training Fellowship, offering significant benefits and training that will put you in the top one percent of therapists.

Capstone provides and pays for the following trainings and certifications; CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), CPTSS Training (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms), Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Theory), EMDR 1 and 2 (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Brainspotting Phase I & II.

In addition, Capstone provides and pays for onsite supervision in the attainment of licensure as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and/or an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

We are seeking motivated support staff to work with our clients during day shift, or night shift. This position plays a vital role in ensuring boundaries, respect and accountability are maintained in a Christ-Centered environment.

Staff Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for ensuring safety, care, and well being of clients residing at Capstone

Supervising canine training and encouraging canine care

Must have the ability to multitask while maintaining order and carrying out activities as scheduled

Participation and interaction with clients throughout their daily schedule. (Free time, Lunch/Dinner, Groups and workouts) will be required

Required to stay awake and alert for duration of shift

Teach and train clients in adventure day activities

Capstone Treatment Center is one of the top rated residential treatment centers in the United States . We work with young men 14-26 struggling with a wide range of hurts, compulsions, addictions and other self-destructive behaviors. We are seeking motivated support staff to work with our clients during day shift, or night shift. Job Details

GENERAL SUMMARY

The primary duty of night staff is to ensure the safety, care, and wellbeing of every client that has admitted to Capstone. The ability to maintain order and keep the schedule flowing throughout the nights will provide consistency to our cliental. The night staff play a vital role in our program, one that ensures that boundaries, respect, and accountability are maintained in a Christ-centered environment.              

SHIFT OPTIONS:

Weekends (required)

Monday – Sunday

JOB TYPE:

Part-time (30 hours)

Leadership training

Meals provided during shift

Full-time (40 hours)

SALARY:

$15 per hour

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI
*Training will be provided for those currently needing these qualifications.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Being present and engaged with client population.

Reporting infractions and critical incidents to appropriate staff

Facilitating events as scheduled and adapting, as necessary.

Closing the kitchen and mess hall after dinner

Completing tasks and requests made by Full-Time Nightmen and/or Supervisors.

Ability to follow medication and emergency protocol

Facilitate group activities and spiritual groups.

Maintain a clean, well-organized campus; facilitate a safe and secure working environment for both clients and staff.

Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications; ensure employee compliance.

Complete all paperwork and documentation according to guidelines and deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

Effective interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Required to have a high school diploma or equivalent.

College degree or working towards.

Position Overview

The IT Technician position is designed to assist the Information Systems Technician in all IT matters.

Essential Job Functions:

An IT Technician may have requirements and responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

– Utilize a ticketing system to complete repairs on technology for Capstone employees.

– Assist the Information Systems Technician on projects.

– Assist in equipment set up and take down for groups.

– Assist in camera maintenance including connectivity issues, positioning, repairing.

– Assist in cable management – installing, cleaning, organizing, inspecting.

– Weekly reporting on CTC’s technology needs to the Information Systems Technician.

– Run routine updates on devices – fix or replace devices as needed.

– Assist in organizing and storing equipment. Keeping inventory of equipment.

– Assist in training employees on how to use provided technology including phones, zoom, etc.

– Coordinate technology for Big Monday during Family Week.

Skills & Abilities:

– Above average skills in Problem solving, flexibility and adapting to a changing environment.

– Demonstrated ability to work through emergency events.

– Demonstrated ability to be punctual and timely with attendance and follow-up communication.

– Good organizational and prioritization skills.

Education & Experience:

Degree or certification:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE THAT LASTS

The Nurse is responsible for monitoring and advocating for the physical health and well-being of clients (25-35 young men) and staff.  Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific growth and development.  The Nurse is responsible for managing client medications and training and delegating duties of medication to trained Capstone staff.  The Nurse is responsible for performing necessary functions related to client medical needs.

Medication reconciliation at admission and upon graduation with families/clients per procedure

Supervise clients when ill/injured.

Manages client medications; Coordinate all refills with physician or client’s parents

Maintain inventory/med log of client medications and OTC medications; communicate with parents/physicians/pharmacists/staff regarding all medication related needs

Provides ongoing patient education and evaluation regarding medication use

Administer and log medications; Audit Reports

Schedules doctor’s appointments and attends with clients when needed; Manages Communication with families and providers pertaining to doctor visits, prescriptions

Completes documentation to reflect ongoing implementation of treatment plans

Acts as a resource to families during visits

Maintain bio-waste; including proper destruction of unused meds

Transport clients to appointments (medical, haircuts, etc.)

Non-essential Job Functions

Coordinate flu shot clinic and other health related events offered to clients and staff

Requirements:

Registered Nurse Professional or Licensed Practical Nurse

CPR, CPI required (must be completed within 90 days of hire)

Excellent Time Management skills

Courteous, Organized, and self-motivated

Capable of maintaining good working relations among personnel, clients, and families
