Education Services

Capstone understands the importance of their clients’ education and the concern families may have about their son being away from school. Our education staff work with clients, their families, and their schools to develop a plan that best suits everyone’s needs and goals. It’s part of what makes us one of the best rehab centers for young adults.

Our education staff will first contact the client’s school to determine if the district has a policy and/or procedures in place to allow classwork to be done remotely. If so, Capstone will work with the school district to allow the client to continue coursework. If not, we will utilize other sources (i.e. – online sources, a local school district, etc.) to provide a way for our clients to continue their schooling, making sure that what is done will be accepted by each client’s home school district.

A client’s educational plan will be their own, tailored to their needs and goals. Capstone will organize the plan and facilitate its place on the schedule so that each client can do schoolwork during their time with us, so long as they are willing to do the work.

Capstone’s education staff will maintain regular contact with parents to keep them informed about how things are going. In cases where tutoring assistance is needed, the education staff will aid in coordinating the tutoring, however, the cost of the tutor will be the responsibility of the parents.
